I feel it is only appropriate to express to you, in writing my sincere thanks to you and your team over the efforts to keep HCS supplied with sand bags over the last week.
Your employees have worked very hard to keep up with our demands, which have now, I believe, topped the 10,000 mark, so please inform them if you will of my gratitude.
You have been most kind in giving us your home telephone number so as we can contact you out of hours. It is reassuring to know that we can obtain and send bags in the middle of the night becomes depleted and that you too are, due to recent events, starting to anticipate demand and preparing yourself accordingly.

A note of thanks for the brilliant service today. You delivered bang on time and your driver Jim did an awesome job snaking his truck through minimal clearance (eighth inches?) to drop right on the mark, saving us hours. I’m massively impressed.
